Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through forms on this site:

• Interest Form (/interest.php) — swimmer name, age, swimming experience, and a parent/guardian's name, email, and phone number, submitted by a parent or guardian to request information about joining the club.
• Masters Contact Form (/masters.php) — name, email, and message, submitted to ask about the Masters program.

All forms on this site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect information under Google's own privacy policy (see below).

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry and help determine group placement for a prospective swimmer.
• To coordinate with our coaching and administrative staff.
• To send you occasional email updates about club news, schedules, and programs — only if you checked the box on the Interest Form agreeing to receive them. Submitting an inquiry by itself does not sign you up for ongoing emails.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Email Communications

If you've opted in to receive email updates, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from future updates immediately — no login or additional steps required. You can also ask to be removed at any time by emailing us directly (see Contact Us below), and we will honor that request promptly.

Emails sent in direct reply to something you submitted (for example, a coach following up on your Interest Form inquiry) are not affected by unsubscribing from update emails — we'll still get back to you about your actual question.

Third-Party Services

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Its use is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information About Minors

Many of our athletes are minors. We do not collect information directly from children through this site — the Interest Form is submitted by a parent or guardian, who provides information about their swimmer as part of that submission.

Data Retention and Security

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to maintain club records. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
